Refund policy

1. Missing Items 

If any item from your order is missing, it must be reported to our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery.
Complaints raised after this timeframe will not be eligible for review.
An unboxing video from the moment the package is opened is compulsory for verification purposes.
Upon valid reporting, we will investigate and provide a suitable resolution within 48 hours, which may include replacement or store credit.

2. Refunds 

We do not issue refunds to bank accounts or external payment methods.
In valid cases such as missing items or unfulfilled orders, store credit will be added to the customer's account.
Please allow 5–7 business days for the store credit to reflect in your account.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. Final shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

Orders are typically processed, shipped, and delivered within 2 to 7 business days.

Ads or promotional materials will be dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email to monitor your delivery status.
