Shipping policy
At TOP G Foods, we strive to deliver your favorite snacks quickly and safely across India. All orders are shipped through our logistics partner Shiprocket, which enables us to deliver to thousands of serviceable pin codes nationwide through multiple courier partners.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to our courier partner for shipping.
Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship across India.
- Delivery is available to 19,000+ pin codes through the Shiprocket courier network.
Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
- Non-Metro Cities: 3–6 business days
- Remote Locations: 5–8 business days
Delivery time may vary depending on the destination, courier partner, and service availability.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated based on:
- Delivery location
- Package weight and dimensions
- Courier partner selected
These charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.
- You can track your shipment through the courier tracking link provided.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD may be available on selected locations depending on courier serviceability.
- Additional COD charges may apply.
Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated time frame, delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Courier operational issues
- Remote location serviceability
- High demand or festive seasons
Return to Origin (RTO)
If a shipment is undelivered due to incorrect address, repeated delivery failure, or refusal by the customer, the order may be returned to our warehouse as Return to Origin (RTO) as per courier partner policies.
Damaged Packages
If you receive a damaged package:
- Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share photos of the package and product for quick resolution.
